Product Returns

The Internet purchases are no different from shopping at a physical store. So under the current legislation (Law 2251/94), you can return the product or products purchased from our shop within 10 working days from the date of receipt. In order for us to accept the return and refund the full amount the product must be in the original packaging, undamaged and intact.

The shipping costs for returns are subject to be paid by the customer except in cases of our own fault so the shipping cost of a product return is our responsibility.
